Meet Mr. Motshusi
Mr. Nlisi Chillie Motshusi has worked extensively with local Civil Society Organizations and International Development Agencies in Botswana for over 18 years. His last job was with World University Service of Canada (WUSC) as Country Director – Botswana office. His has worked on various development agendas which, include Rural Livelihoods Development, Environment and Conservation, Gender and Women Empowerment, HIV and AIDS, Education and Social Enterprise Development. His experience include implementation and management of donor supported projects, technical support to donor supported projects, capacity building of local NGOs and CBOs through training, Recruitment and Placement of technical advisors/volunteers, program development/resource mobilization and Grant Management.
Mr. Motshusi holds an MBA from the University of Botswana and is a licenced Governance and Management Trainer/Consultant.
Chillie is married to Phingie and they have two daughters, a 6 year-old and a 16 year-old.
